About me

I am a research engineer and postdoctoral researcher at Santa Anna IT Research Institute in Linköping, Sweden. I build developer tools: compilers, code generators, and simulation software that engineers use to design and test physical systems such as vehicles, engines, and power plants. I work in collaboration projects between academia and industry, including applied work with agentic AI.

I hold a PhD in Computer Science (2025) and a Licentiate degree (2022) from Linköping University.

I am the lead developer of OMJL (OM.jl), a Modelica compiler and simulation environment written in Julia, and I contribute to OpenModelica. Before my doctoral studies I built developer tooling for automotive embedded software at ArcCore AB / Vector Informatik GmbH.

Research interests: compiler construction, equation-based modeling and simulation (Modelica), variable-structure systems, Julia, static analysis, and AI-assisted software development.

Outside work, I am vice chair of my housing cooperative, HSB Brf Ölänningen in Motala.
